Bathroom Vanity Tops in Frankfort, IL
From kitchen countertops to bathroom vanities, our team will work with you to design and install the right surface. Every material we carry – quartz, granite, quartzite, marble, dolomite and porcelain – can be used in bathrooms.
Choosing a vanity material
- Quartz is non-porous and highly stain resistant, with no sealing needed.
- Granite is a durable natural stone that resists stains when properly sealed.
- Marble brings a luxurious look but is porous and sensitive to acidic substances, so it needs sealing and prompt cleanup.
- Porcelain is non-porous and easy to clean without special cleaners or sealing.
Granite, quartzite, marble and dolomite are natural stone. Cleaning and sealing natural stone (granite, marble, quartzite, and other natural stone) is the final step of your installation, and we recommend re-sealing your natural stone every 6 months with 511 Impregnator. Quartz and porcelain countertops do not require sealing.
See the full comparison on Types of Countertops.
Vanity sinks
We offer white porcelain undermount vanity sinks in rectangle and oval shapes – see sizes and spec sheets on our sinks page. Customer-supplied sinks must be on site at measurement with their cut-out templates. Sinks supplied by Midwest Surfaces are brought by Midwest Surfaces and do not have to be at your home at measurement.
Same careful process
Vanity tops are laser-measured, fabricated in our Frankfort shop and installed by our crews, with the same arrival windows, shop ticket review option and 24-hour changes cutoff after the final (laser) measure as a kitchen. Faucet holes are drilled in your home. We do not reconnect plumbing or install faucets. See our process.
